Earth Week

We will be hosting garden dig-in workshops for staff, students and classes as well as Living Campus Tours and a Wellness activity between April 16-25.  To sign up please use this Link 

There will be an Eco-Cafe happening the week of April 22-26 in Conrod's. things being sold include Fair Trade Coffee and other treats to raise funds for Living Campus Student Projects.  You will also be treated to some live music throughout the cafe hours.

COUSCOUS SALAD WORKSHOP Participants will learn about the different types of couscous, cooking methods, and ingredients to incorporate to create a variety of international salads and side dishes.
