COUSCOUS SALAD WORKSHOP
Participants will learn about the different types of couscous, cooking methods, and ingredients to incorporate to create a variety of international salads and side dishes. By combining different ingredients, a variety of salads can be made. The focus of the class will be on Italian and Greek-inspired salads.
