AR Cité – Join the Tour this Thurs!

Over the past 3 years dozens of Dawson students, faculty and staff have been involved in the AR Cité Augmented Reality project. We are very proud to have produced the AR Cité mobile app as well as the dozens of location-specific vignettes that teach us about the hidden stories that are all around us. The app can be used as active pedagogy in classes, for special events or whenever you’d like to discover a hidden story on campus or in the hood.
We’ll meet in Olivers (2C.17) at 3pm and then head outdoors around the campus grounds and surrounding streets where Nancy Rebelo (History) and I will give an approx. 30min tour (fingers crossed for good weather, otherwise we do have a plan B).
You can also go ahead and download the app from the app stores and try it yourself, anytime.
